Registration Overview

Participants may attend the conference either in person in Bangkok or through the online hybrid platform. Registration grants access to all conference sessions, keynote lectures, and networking events.

Faculty / Researchers

Academic staff, professors, and independent researchers.

Students

Undergraduate, master's and doctoral students.

If you register under the student rate, please provide the following proof of student status (in English): a valid student ID card, an official letter of enrollment issued by your institution, or a current enrollment certificate. These documents must be valid at the time of registration.

Practitioners

Industry professionals, journalists, and policymakers.

Virtual Participants

Participants joining remotely through the hybrid platform.

Policies & Payment

Payment Information

Registration payments are processed through the official conference payment system hosted by Chulalongkorn University. An electronic receipt and confirmation email will be sent automatically upon completion.

Conference Policies

Photography, Audio & Video Recording: By attending, you agree that ICA-Thailandhub may use photographs and videos of your participation for marketing and internal purposes. No other entity may record this programme without prior consent.

Registration Policy

For submissions with multiple authors, the following rules apply:

Primary Requirement: At least one author must register at the Presenter rate for the paper to be included in the program.
Co-authors (Attending): Co-authors who wish to attend but do not require a Presentation Certificate may register at the Non-Presenter rate.
Co-authors (Seeking Certificate): Co-authors who wish to receive a Certificate of Presentation must register at the Presenter rate.
Non-Attending Co-authors: No registration is required for co-authors who do not attend the conference.

Certification Policy

Please note that the type of certificate issued depends on your registration category and the completion of the registration fee payment:

Presenters: Participants registered and paid under the "Presenter" category (onsite or virtual) will receive a Certificate of Presentation.
Attendees: Participants registered and paid under the "Non-presenter" category will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Note: The certificate type will strictly correspond to the registration status recorded in our system.
