Everything international delegates need to know about entering Thailand for ICA-TH 2026, including visa requirements, invitation letters, and arrival tips.
Thailand offers visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry to citizens of many countries. Check your eligibility before applying for a full tourist or conference visa.
Visit the official Thai e-Visa portal at thaievisa.go.th to check whether your country requires a visa, is eligible for visa-on-arrival, or qualifies for visa-free entry.
If a visa is required, apply through the Thai e-Visa system online or visit your nearest Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate. Conference delegates typically apply for a Tourist Visa (TR) or Non-Immigrant Visa.
An official invitation letter from ICA-TH 2026 is available to all confirmed registered delegates. Request yours after completing registration — see below for details.
